The STRINGdb package provides a R interface to the STRING protein-protein interactions database (http://www.string-db.org).

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "3.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("STRINGdb")
